over 20 years’ experience delivering a comprehensive Site Investigation Service to the public and private sector. Commissioning, assessment and project management of all necessary consultant packages required for site evaluation, planning submission and construction works.I take the lead in the "Technical Management" of measured land & building surveying, utility detection, drainage connectivity/condition surveys, SuDS assessments, FRAs, transportation, acoustic, arboriculture, ecological and archaeological consultants among many others.Every day duties include liaising with Architects, Designers and Engineers to assist with site layout proposals and construction design packages; liaising with council officers, Development Control, EHOs and planners during the process.Specific responsibilities include technical review of tender returns;ensuring compliance with corporate procurement processes; obtaining pre works permissions; attend pre-start meetings; review and comment on the survey contractor's method statements / Project Execution Plan, Risk Assessments/ Health Safety and Environmental plan, Emergency Response Plan and any other relevant survey documentation.Primarily my function is to act as the day to day contact for client reps and contractors prior to and during survey mobilisation - ensuring HSE, data management and reporting matters are managed appropriately; Manage the delivery of the final survey reports; Manage financial reporting on the survey contract.
