I have rich expertise in the wide area of the system software domains, especially in the networkingand embedded RTOS systems.Here is a briefly description of things I`ve had deal with* LynxOS RTOS family, Linux, OpenSolaris and FreeBSD operating systems - writingdevice drivers, optimizing for performance on UP/MP and so on* TCP/IP networking - I designed and implemented major parts of production high-performance TCP/IP stack running mostly in user space. It was releasedas a separate product and is commercially successful. Working on new generationof the product providing better PacketPerSecond ratio and lower latency on both TXand RX paths.* OS paravirtualization - Implemented from scratch the R&D prototype of thin hypervisoras a proof of FAMP (Fire-walled AMP) concept.Hypervisor targets the QorIQ systems with e500mc, e5500 and e6500 CPUs. The main goalwas to provide execution environment to the single-procesor RTOS to make it feel like it isrunning on the dedicated machine. Hypervisor partitions the hardware resources between few copies of RTOS according to the user settings, starts each copy of RTOSindependently on dedicated CPU core, processes the faults (TLB writes/reads,SPR updates and so on) occurred in the guests and provides guests with API in form of hypercalls.QorIQ virtualization assistance capabilities are widely used inside hypervisor.Hypervisor is able to operate in both 32bit and 64bit modes supporting 32bit guests.Ported RTOS to LynxSecure hypervisor (x86), so it is running as 32bit para-virtualized guest atop of LSK.In common, my responsibilities include (but are not limited to) writing device drivers as well as whole BSPs, design and implementation of the various kernel extensions, technical leadership rolesin the LOS178 consulting projects and more
