Managing complex software development projects involving multiple internal and external teams within the Ads Platform department. Led the initiative to shut it down, saving $70k monthly. Facilitated a transfer of $1m in prepaid funds within the marketplace to avoid immediate refunds.- Launched a redesigned performance ad segment (both web and app) and conducted an A/B test proving 15% surge in ad revenue and 5% increase in GMV for pages featuring the new section.- Managed a project to launch a self-service solution for media ad purchases on the marketplace, enabling the sale of campaigns with flexible budgets. The feature led to a 10x increase in advertisers within 4 months of its release.

Managed the development of Data Gateway, a service responsible for routing and updating incoming orders info (to CRM, Mailing Service, LMS, etc.)- Integration projects management: a full cycle from requirement analysis to a delivery. Reduced project completion cycle time by 3-5 working days by creating requrements templates and execution procedures for each step.- Service improvement. Identified frequent bottlenecks within integration projects. Launched features allowing the execution of 30% of incoming ad-hoc projects without requiring the involvement of the developer team.- Development process management of the team of 6-8 members. Introduced new procedures and reduce delivery cycle time by 50%.
