HWaaS, IaaS, DBaaS, IaC, own and rented Datacenter Building and maintenance. In 5 years the number of engineers in the team grew from 20 to around 100.- Implemented FinOPS approach and tool for both horizontal and vertical teams- Responsible for Internal IT division: technical support teams, collaboration platforms (jr, cf, ci/cd, etc), Voice Platform (TTS/STT, bots) and Dev teams. - Completed several reorganizations to support teams grows and business needsAs a result:- 99,95+ stability of platform;- Product and tech goals each years achieved the target value; - Highly automated infrastructure CJM for vertical and horizontal teams. The complexity of infrastructure is concealed from clients.Key responsibilities:- Leading Department (170 ppl), also: onboarding, mentoring and personal growth planning, one to one meetings, grading;- Develop and execute strategy, communicate tactics, and progress to the team and stakeholders;- Leading company-wide projects and goals; - Design, hire and scale teams, develop talents and leaders to achieve extremely ambitious tech & business goals; - Set and achieve tech quality goals, incl. security strategy and SLA (99,9%+). - “Do more with less” – data-driven efficiency in all aspects (hardware, software, budget, etc.);- Budget management of both OPEX and CAPEX;- Research and implement technologies for future business and tech success;- Build and scale operational processes within the teams and contribute to the overall engineering practices in the organization;- Maintain proper behaviour and values in Department.
