Organization and control over the transportation of products (liquid, bulk) in railway rolling stock, including rail tank, gondola cars, tank containers on the territory of Russia, CIS countries, Baltic countries, and Central European countries to terminals and to the company's enterprises.Duties:1. Establishment and maintenance of business relations with freight forwarders, carriers, sea terminals, and railway administrations of the regions of the company's presence;2. Procurement of logistics services (railways, sea transportation, sea terminal transshipment);3. Contractual work on logistics services (transportation, information products, repair of wagons, rental of wagons, sea terminal cargo transshipment): drafting, negotiating, agreeing on terms;4. Budgeting and analysis of the company's budget execution;5. Calculation of the cost for cargo delivery, accounting of logistics costs (railway transportation services, sea terminals services);6. Interaction with Customs;7. Control over the turnover of wagons; calculation and planning of needed wagons amount for the purchase/sales products plan, accounting for the wagons use efficiency, measures to reduce demurrages;8. Preparation of forecasts for cargo delivery dates including the movement and arrival of wagons at their destinations.

Budgeting and control over logistics budget execution;3. Сontrol over the execution of planned volumes for cargo turnover and wagon turnover at the enterprise, preparation of relevant reporting;4. Control over the shipment orders execution and its compliance with the plans;5. Development and implementation of measures to improve the rolling stock use efficiency;6. Сontractual work with counterparties, managing accounts payable and receivables, planning payments and receipt of funds under contracts for the logistics services provision7. Development and implementation of work guidelines.

Department management (28 subordinates), organization and coordination of work processes,2. Organization and optimization of logistics processes at the enterprise: shipment of finished products and unloading of raw materials (railway tanks, gondola cars) in accordance with the planned volumes; control of the execution of technological standards for operations;3. Negotiating with the divisions of JSC "Russian Railways" on the technical conditions of cargo transportation and registration of transportation documentation;4. Development and implementation of measures to reduce downtime and improve the use of rolling stock (under unloading and loading operations);5. Calculation of turnover and needs of rolling stock (including leased),6. Budgeting and control of logistics budget execution ;7. Calculation of transport costs of the enterprise;8. Key objectives: Operational support of logistics processes (loading and shipment of products), maintenance of freight flows of the company on the railway network, information and documentation support.Duties:1. Interaction with organizations regarding the shipment of products of JSC "Kovdorsky GOK" (rolling stock operators, enterprises of JSC MHC "EuroChem");2. Operational interaction with divisions of Russian Railways and enterprises on issues of shipment and dispatch of loaded railway trains and preparation of relevant reports;3. Control over the execution of agreed orders for cargo transportation;4. Fulfillment of product shipment plans in accordance with planned schedules5. Tracking the movement and use of railway rolling stock of the Enterprise,6. Сontrol over the correct preparation of shipping documentation;7. Turnover of rolling stock on the railways of the enterprise;8. Interaction with production units on the availability of products ready for shipment.
