Working in the frame of the project "Development of wideband integrated optical source for PIC-based applications".The project is about developing a hybrid high-speed widely tunable laser for Structural Health Monitoring (SHM) applications on the hybrid Silicon on Lithium Niobate - Indium Phosphide material platform. During the project, we develop PDK for newly created technology and design the laser based on this PDK.

The Fiber Pipe project uses advanced fiber optic technology and photonic integrated circuits to monitor pipeline supports. These next-generation photonic chips significantly increase the speed of sensor polling, reduce power consumption and size, and provide cost reduction for mass production. Additionally, the project includes semantic segmentation and deep learning algorithms for aerial imagery analysis, permafrost degradation detection, and geospatial analysis.
