As an Intellectual Property Associate, I prepared and prosecuted U.S. and foreign utility and design patent applications, including PCT, EPO, and foreign origin cases filed in the U.S for electrical, software, computer, mechanical, electro-mechanical, and business method inventions. Further, I worked closely with inventors, engineers, and in-house counsel to define key elements of inventions, and using thorough prior art searching I drafted patents that provided broad protection for those inventions.
