- Managing the marketing team, including the recruitment, selection and permanent education of marketing employees, organizing and controlling their day to day activities- Responsible for sales and marketing in Serbia, Montenegro and FYR Macedonia, including distribution, marketing activities, pricing policy and logistics- Management of the company portfolio, evaluation and selection of potential principals and brands- Direct handling of the key principals and their brands (Bacardi, Remy Cointreau, Corona Extra, Segafredo Zanetti, Baron Philippe de Rothschild...)- Direct handling of the key accounts (Delta Maxi, Mercator S, Veropoulos, Metro Cash & Carry...)
