As a CTO i'm responsible for all development related topics in MyEasyFarm

My responsibility as a technical project manager was to evaluate the business requirement, communicate with the stakeholders, clients, users, to break down requirements and create task for development team. Finally i was the one who was responsible for the project delivery.

As a head of development department i was responsible for managing development team, maintenance current project and products.As part of my job i was also responsible for launching new services - FM radiostation, cloud infrastructure.

Responsible for migrating to another billing system, automatisation of the processes and maintaining server infrastructure. Developed several internal tool for monitoring.

During a short break i've done couple of projects, including big one - setup fully automated videconference room (mix of crestron smart home equipment with tandberg videoconference hardware and bunch of cameras and mixers)

I was responsible for configuring all network devices (DELL, HP, Cisco).For the purposes of better monitoring of the network i've developed some custom tools and interfaces using available data from nagios and cacti. Part of my job was to work with uplinks and peering partners.My biggest success was ISP billing migration, that helped quick launch of several new services, including unlimited broadband connections.
