Selected project experience:-Development of growth and competitive response strategy for a major regional food retailer facing the market entry of two largerst Russian retail chains- Elaboration of digital transformation roadmap for one of Russia’s regions featuring social, transport, healthcare and security sectors - Development of anti-crisis strategy for a major commercial real estate operator following Covid-19 lockdown

- Responsible for Rosoboronexport offset and industrial cooperation practice in Latin America and South East Asia, associated with implementation of projects in aerospace and defense industry. - Projects were carried out jointly with Russian and foreign defense companies and included such activities as transfer of technologies, establishment of aftersales service and repair infrastructure, setting up coproduction and licensed production facilities, R&D, and direct investment- Managed a portfolio of over 25 international projects including a strategic project of establishing the largest helicopter MRO facility in South America region.
