Formation of lists of construction resources whose selling prices are subject to monitoring (on the basis of estimated design documentation), actualization (on the basis of actually issued directories of estimated costs (catalog of current prices);Interaction with the Department of Technical Regulation to determine the localized products;Formation of a database of manufacturers/suppliers of construction materials, equipment, machinery and mechanisms;As part of the construction resources price monitoring:Preparing requests for quotations; Interfacing with the Document Management Department to ensure requests are sent to companies;Collection of technical and commercial proposals, formation of baseline monitoring data, correspondence with representatives of companies to clarify the information obtained.Regarding the results of the monitoring:Input of initial construction resources price monitoring data into the software "Sectoral Information System for Monitoring and Updating Construction Resources Prices Overseas" ("OIS ICSD"), including the involvement of contracting/subcontracting organizations.Control of compliance of the initial data of construction resources price monitoring with the project requirements.Systematization and analysis of the results of the monitoring of current selling prices (tariffs) of construction resources in the market of construction materials in the Republic of Turkey, the Russian Federation and third countries.Participation in the formation of a data bank of current prices.Preparation of explanatory notes; comparative analysis; analytical work, formation of reports relating to the monitoring of prices, at the request of the management of the department.
