CurrentJob Duties -Work with US designers for product development – electronic toys and plastic toys to ensure budget, testing and quality requirements are met.- Familiar with Toy’s safety and testing requirements.-Lead engineering team to meet customer’s requirements and achieve corporate target on new project development forecast.-Presentations to clients and relevant parties.-Keep track on project status to ensure all parties complete tasks on time.-Monitor production and ensure smooth production of goods.-Multi-task and prioritize multiple design projects within deadline.-Develop all design projects from conception to completion.-Collaborate with design managers to design and approve products.-Conduct consumer surveys to garner feedback in order to deliver improvement to product ranges.Achievements-Sourced new qualified factories with competitive price by 15%.-Negotiated quotes with vendors and sharply reduced cost by 20%.-Defined project plans and timelines, managed workflow, personnel and met completion deadlines on or before schedule.-Provided excellent service and attention to customers when face-to-face or through phone conversations.-Developed key relationships with vendors, including printers, prototype workshops, tooling workshops as well as factories etc.-Reviewed concept drawings and provided cost saving solution to meet target cost.
