In result, more efficient EXA have more deals at work and have batter commission. The system improved collection at the aged portfolio.

Main achievements:- RollRate 1-30 – improved by 38%;- RollRate 1-60 – improved by 47%;- Roll Rate 90-360 improved by 40%;- Sold loans price increased by 25%.

Managed various projects for debt collection (individuals and legal entities), preparing property for sale, selling property, providing consulting services on asset management.Main responsibilities: - Negotiating with customers at all stages of the project; - Strategic planning; - Drawing up various procedures for the interaction of departments and the work of employees; - Description, analysis, optimization, creation of business processes; - Creating differents KPI; - Planning, control, analysis, adjustment of company project implementation; - Creating material and non-material motivational programs for employees; - Creating reports for management; - etc.

Managed projects with cross-functional teams (in-house and outsourced) aimed at debt collection (individuals secured and not secured by property), search/preparation for sale/sale of property. At the same time, worked with six projects, one of them had total amount of debt over 1 billion UAH.I used flexible (agile, scrum) project management methods.Worked on a project of developing and implementation software. Managed a group of account managers.

Work with credit deals secured by collateral (cars, mortgages, special equipment). Information on the cases was collected and structured. A working-strategy has been created and implemented (negotiation process, legal support at various stages, seizure of property, preparation of property for sale).
