Served as New South Wales Director at Australia’s largest youth-run aid and development organisation focussed on tackling the issue of global poverty. Management portfolio included educational programs (high school and university), fundraising and advocacy campaigns, corporate engagement and HR, as well as participation in the national leadership team to drive organisational strategy/operations.Grew volunteer base from 5 to 50 in 12 months, and drove donations to over over $100,000 to support overseas development projects.
