Senior Manager Fleet Operations
CurrentLead the execution of all operational activities involved in the setdown and opening of new stores, relocations, remodels and closures projects. Responsible to gain alignment with key partners to confirm store setdown details (i.e. Construction, Visual Merchandising, IT, Logistics, Eyecare, RXO, etc)Conduct critical site evaluations for turnovers; onsite solutionist of any opportunities that could negatively impact on-time, on-scope and on-budget delivery; partner to onsite IT and OD trades; receiving and setting up all store supplies, product and marketing; Brand ambassador to ensure training and development in the standards required for sustainment of the new store environment and visual merchandising execution post-opening.Execution through live and remote leadership, providing supervision and support to the overall Fleet Renewal initiatives and visual merchandising directives.Major Duties And ResponsibilitiesUnderstand current business processes, obstacles and formulate a plan to overcome those challenges.Maintain collaborative partnership with cross-functional teams and brand partners.Conduct project evaluations and assess results, recommend appropriate process improvements, present updates to leader(s).Provide feedback on what is or is not working and ensure full integration into Store Operations.Responsible for the consistent execution of the Visual Merchandising Guidelines and Standards across retail stores for new stores openings, remodels and relocations.Partner with Field and Store leadership to develop the timelines and calendars for new store deliverables prior to opening.Support LC Store Openings, Remodel, Relocation, Closings, and Acquisition Operations Process, working with Brand and CSC partners.Represent the voice of the field by maintaining a working knowledge of store operations and field execution.Enhance and sustain LC Store Opening, Remodel/ Relocation and Closing manuals and processes.
