Ivan Óscar is a Professional in Social Protection with a considerable experience in ICT passionate about the potential of innovation and technology applied to social change.Through those years, I contributed significantly to the enhancement of the Social Protection System in Mozambique, Angola, and UNICEF Sri Lanka with much effort to the social protection programs implementation component, not only because I was the technical leader of the development of Beneficiaries Management System, but mostly because in those years as an ILO and WB consultant I have been able to support the Government of Mozambique and Cooperation Partners on defining, prioritization and approach of the processes of implementation of inclusive social protection programs and also shock-responsive social protection interventions. I have also a relevant experience in projects management, I have worked as a Project manager and System Developer for a private corporation which is specialized in System Design and Development, for education and Non-profit companies, where I developed the capacity to handle different activities and most of all the capacity to delivery technology products with a high level of quality.
