Current- Product Engineer in charge of monitoring yield performance of discrete semiconductor devices (IGBT and MOSFets) at IFX Tijuana plant.- Weekly electrical and assembly yield monitoring and reports. - Propose improvements and solutions to chronic yield issues. - Disposition of non-conforming material (Key member of Material Review Board)- Interface with Fab factories to improve quality and performance of produced material based on yield performance at assembly sites. - Work… Show more - Product Engineer in charge of monitoring yield performance of discrete semiconductor devices (IGBT and MOSFets) at IFX Tijuana plant.- Weekly electrical and assembly yield monitoring and reports. - Propose improvements and solutions to chronic yield issues. - Disposition of non-conforming material (Key member of Material Review Board)- Interface with Fab factories to improve quality and performance of produced material based on yield performance at assembly sites. - Work closely with assembly site departments to improve quality and solve assembly related issues. - Interface between Customer QA, Assembly Sites and Customers to review any product complain and work with the responsible department until the problem is fixed using 8D methodology.- Provide parametric, yield analysis and reports as required by different departments on qualifications, yield or assembly issues, and/or risk assessment situations. - Propose enhancements to test routines to improve detection as CA or PCA.
