Ensure that all invoices are stamped, scanned, entered on the invoice register and sent out for approval in a timely manner;Responsible for sending out reminder emails for invoices that have not been approved;Timely codding and posting of invoices onto DDS;Responsible for ensuring that invoices are paid according to the set payment dates;Where necessary, liaise internally with relevant personnel to facilitate the resolution of supplier queries;Checking receipts against expense claims;Liaise employees to ensure that expenses have been codded correctly, and recode if necessary. Provide guidance where necessary;Ensure that the VAT is posted correctly;Post claims via BrandOcean;Responsible for paying claims according to the set payment date;Be actively involved in developing accounts payable policies and processes;Being SOX compliant in all work duties;Ensure that filing is completed on a regular basis.
