Ensure that all invoices are stamped, scanned, entered on the invoice register and sent out for approval in a timely manner;Responsible for sending out reminder emails for invoices that have not been approved;Timely codding and posting of invoices onto DDS;Responsible for ensuring that invoices are paid according to the set payment dates;Where necessary, liaise internally with relevant personnel to facilitate the resolution of supplier queries;Checking receipts against expense claims;Liaise employees to ensure that expenses have been codded correctly, and recode if necessary. Organize and coordinate the cash execution of the state budget; Coordinate, estimate and schedule of receipts and payments to/from the central budget, also give information about daily, monthly and annual cash flows in the single account system.
