I am currently the operations manager at The Grafton Hotel Dublin, a luxury boutique hotel in the heart of the city.In my role, I oversee the daily operations of the hotel, including food and beverage, front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and security. I also manage the staff training, performance, and development, ensuring a positive and productive team culture. I leverage my skills and expertise in food and beverage, bars, beverages, wines, private dining, meetings and events, and guest relations, to create memorable and personalized experiences for our guests. I hold a certificate in food and beverage management from Cornell University, a certificate in hospitality from Florida Atlantic University, and three certifications related to food safety and fire safety from Dubai Municipality.
