• Design:-Developing design from initial ideas to construction drawing with design team -Coordinating information and deadlines with consultants and liaising with clients -Preparation and submission planning documents• Construction:-Administering the contract in place between client and contractor-Attending site meetings with contractor, consultants and clients-Coordinating construction information raising AI, and answering RFI • Office managementOrganize and supervise all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office as following:-Managing the budget and office finances, dealing with accountant and bank-Overseeing the recruitment of new staff, carrying out staff appraisals, managing performance and disciplining staff-Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload-Delegating work to staff and managing their workload and output-Attend monthly new business meeting to discuss office achievement, current and future workload

-Responsible red lines construction drawings and develop construction details-Coordination of the drawings with contractor during construction phase-Responsible preparation of planning drawings,-Liaising with planners, and Italian consultants,-Coordination of the drawings with members of Italian design team (structure, M&E,)
