People Risk Management- Study people metrics e.g. staff engagement, turnover, misconduct trends, to identify people risk issues (e.g. culture, morale, fatigue) and assess effectiveness of people strategies (e.g. pay, wellbeing, development).- Complete current, top, and emerging risk analysis, draft people risk papers with forward looking insight to facilitate people risk discussion in governance meetings.- Define risk indicators and risk appetite for quantitative People risks assessment.- Assess training needs, design and deliver People risks education programs and training.
