Global Human Resource Management System (HRMS) Project - SAP launches worldwide by strategic phases. Greater China Group (GCG, including China, Taiwan, Hong Kong) was go live in Q1 2012 after 2 years of harmonization journey.*Promoted to GCG Governance Council to manage overall GCG HRMS tasks. *Evaluated as Top Contributor, (highest ranking) in 2011 Business Performance Rating.1.Act as GCG/Taiwan Subject Matter Expert of Onboarding, Workforce Management & Offboarding for end-to-end processes, by providing business requirement, connecting Taiwan business needs with reference to statutory requirements and local market practice with Global SAP system.2.Execute User Acceptance Test (UAT) & Business Data Validation for legacy data migration and provide first hand consultation support to local delivery team and staff during post implementation.3.Collaborate with Headquarter Policy Owner by providing legal advices to harmonize Taiwan workforce management program into global policy such as Non-Vacation Time-off Program, Leave of Absence Policy, Internal Transfer Policy, Contract Change & Extension Policy and Work Schedule Program.4.Minimize risk exposure and employee relations issues by undergoing detailed gap analysis between different legacy tools and HRMS, as well as the as-is and to-be policies and processes 5.Advise and review transformation documents with teams of Change Management, Employment Relationship, Risk Management and Education from HR perspective to all Taiwan employees. 6.Manage the progress of Taiwan specific items and topics on ONB, Workforce & OFB areas with Global Process Leader, System Consultant, Delivery Specialist and Data Expert by cross-team communication, project management, solution providing.7.Lead Taiwan process transformation project (from legacy tools to HRMS) on ONB & OFB for sub-process departments to streamline the integrated procedure and modify related legal documents.

1.Leaded 39 officers who were grouped into four teams for IBM internal activities, i.e. Family Day, Sports Day, Year-End Party and other employee related events which covered Taipei, Hsinchu, Taichung, Tainan, Kaohsiung offices.2.Well managed and executed the EWC annual plan, expense, delivered quality, risk, communication and resource by assisting of VP, CFO & four team leaders.3.Monitored and conducted the implementation of procurement process, internal audit, brand-marketing, vendor management, cross-units communication.4.Familiar with Taiwan Act on employee welfare policy, funds and related regulations.5.People management with excellent recognition on skill coaching, team building, target driving, performance rating which was evaluated by EWC Committee & Taiwan Country Manager.
