• Serve as subject matter expert for assigned facilities in relation to HR services, including coaching and development, performance management, job and employee data changes, separations, compensation, employee relations, learning, succession management, employee retention, and engagement.• Lead facility on-boarding efforts including the New Leader Assimilation Process. Major duties are to interface with management and other personnel on matters in the communication center which then are investigated and recommendations are made to the Communications Director and CEO. Also, working closely with the Human Resources team to accomplish the goals for the company. I manage employee hiring, training, and evaluation programs. Manage and direct the System Status Controller Supervisors and Communication Training Coordinator as needed to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Communication Center. I manage the Quality Assurance programs for Emergency Medical Dispatch and Response Time Compliance for our service areas, utilizing the Genesis PULSE Product software. Manage scheduling for communications personnel along with payroll, and enforces policies and procedures established for the communications center.

Manages scheduling for communications personnel along with payroll, and enforces policies and procedures established for the communications center.

Duties and responsibilities are to develop department specific training procedures and documentation as pertains to Communications at EMS. Participate in hiring process and coordinates new employees evaluations. Provide initial training and acts as liaison between EMS Communications, EMS Operations and Air One. Maintain proficiency in the use of Zoll CAD/Billing/AVL/Paging/Navigator, 911 Systems and System Status Management. Coordinate user training as required. Communicate effectively with citizens and medical professionals. Have extensive knowledge of the Air One Flight Following Program and serve as Communications representative on Air One Flight Safety Committee. Assist with EMD Call Reviews. Acting and Assisting with Communications Manager and Director duties as needed. Work as a System Status Controller as requires and other duties as assigned.
