I am responsible for managing, directing, and coordinating the operations of the 911 Communications Center. Major duties are to interface with management and other personnel on matters in the communication center which then are investigated and recommendations are made to the Communications Director and CEO. Also, working closely with the Human Resources team to accomplish the goals for the company. I manage employee hiring, training, and evaluation programs. Manage and direct the System Status Controller Supervisors and Communication Training Coordinator as needed to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Communication Center. I manage the Quality Assurance programs for Emergency Medical Dispatch and Response Time Compliance for our service areas, utilizing the Genesis PULSE Product software. Manage scheduling for communications personnel along with payroll, and enforces policies and procedures established for the communications center.
