- Led a diverse team of direct & dotted-line reporting Infrastructure engineers from APAC & Middle East to work in cross-region operations & projects.- Planned, redesign & collaborated with Enterprise's (APAC) Network Infrastructure & Operation team to perform critical (phased) network upgrades during interim period while waiting for Infrastructure consolidation & migration project to be approved.- Led & collaborated in planning, design, project management & execution of the consolidation & migration in Media IT Data Center & Content Operations/Preparation Infrastructure in Singapore & various APAC & Middle East facilities.- Worked with Global Information Security, Global Security, and Content Security teams to implement necessary controls and compliance measures in Network, Servers, (high-performance) user workstations & Singapore Media IT Data Center.- Prepared & Stewarded on behalf of Media IT Engineering Director in the Media IT Infrastructure annual operation planning & budgeting for Singapore & APAC Media IT Infrastructure operations & projects.
