•Responsible for ensuring all SLAs are met•Manage daily operations including escalation of issues and coordination of cross-functional teams.•Manage resources and formulate work processes to improve operation efficiency•Identify continuous improvement opportunities and implement new processes and enhancements to the new in-house product support.•Manage incoming demand and capacity planning•Build a service catalog and assist in architect SLAs for multiple service offerings within the company product•Capture and create metrics around consumption and adoption of product service offerings.

-Design, install, monitor, maintain client network from simple single server environments to complex multi-server, multi-site networks.- Produce technical documentation that requires the interviewing of clients and presentation of assessments. - Identify and escalate business and technical opportunities as appropriate.-Meet with other consultants and managers regarding account status, ongoing issues and opportunities.-Participate as needed in regularly scheduled client reviews.-Submit detailed records in a timely manner (time schedules, reports, etc).-Attend all service appointments on time, for full duration, with focus on providing quality client service.
