The fund's key assets are concentrated around oil production and refining, coal mining and logistics infrastructure.My main responsibilities include:- Assisting the Investment Director in conducting a comprehensive valuation of potential investments.- Analytical support of the investment team on the holding's current assets (building and updating financial models, analysis of assets’ performance)- Writing analytical reviews on key news in the commodities sector for partners and fund management.

- M&A advisory in various sectors (SaaS, medicine, animation), investment valuation- Preparation of analytical materials in the course of sell-side and buy-side M&A, building financial models

- Created from scratch a comprehensive financial model of the company's business unit- Developed a technical specification for the implementation of calculations of the financial results of the company's business unit - compiled about 15 methodological passports for IT specialists- Implemented calculations of KPIs of the company's business line using raw data from the corporate information systems- In total, took part in 4 projects as part of digital transformation programs (worked with senior analysts, IT specialists and methodologists)
