• Responsible to analyze, guide and assist Toyota Service outlets to achieve sales, Total Unit Service (TUS), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).• Responsible for Profit and Loss (P&L) achievements for branches. • Responsible in implementing and monitoring Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) activities, visualization tools and processes at the outlets. • Conduct monthly auditing in finance, operation and process aspect. • Execute, evaluate and support outlets in achieving TSM and ISO140001 certification. • Gather feedback from outlets and assist to develop marketing plans for campaigns and promotion to increase sales and TUS. • Resolve customer complaints that had escalated to HQ level. • Attended training on Toyota Way, PDCA, Toyota Business Practice (TBP), Basic Automotive, ESH, Kodawari, Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
