• Responsible in consultation for clients’ inquiries on heavy machinery attachments. Currently handling Myanmar, Australia, New Zealand, PNG and other Oceania country customers. • Analyze and understand competitors’ products and their strategies, then feedback to company to make sure company is staying ahead on the information. • Conduct market study and understand the market needs.• Forecast sales, develop sales strategies and evaluate their effectiveness and practicality for the current market.• Create awareness and sales opportunities at assigned territories in order to have sustainable sales growth. • Regularly travel to assigned territories to maintain and expand client database to acquire business opportunities overseas.• Provide training and product presentation to clients when necessary. • Evaluate clients’ requirements and build productive long lasting relationships with them.• Resolves clients’ complaints by investigating problems encountered and develop solutions as well as measures to ensure customer satisfaction.• Responsible for leading and guiding a team of sales persons to achieve sales target set by company and realizing the sales strategy planned. • Responsible to look after branch P&L, and team members KPIs. • Responsible to analyze, guide and assist Toyota Service outlets to achieve sales, Total Unit Service (TUS), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).• Responsible for Profit and Loss (P&L) achievements for branches. • Responsible in implementing and monitoring Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) activities, visualization tools and processes at the outlets. • Conduct monthly auditing in finance, operation and process aspect. • Execute, evaluate and support outlets in achieving TSM and ISO140001 certification. • Gather feedback from outlets and assist to develop marketing plans for campaigns and promotion to increase sales and TUS. • Resolve customer complaints that had escalated to HQ level. • Attended training on Toyota Way, PDCA, Toyota Business Practice (TBP), Basic Automotive, ESH, Kodawari, Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
