My name is Ivan Santos and I am a brazilian Aerospace Engineer. I am graduated on Federal University of ABC, university located in São Paulo state. Already during my graduation course I specialized in Aeronautical Structures.I worked during 2 years as a Stress Engineer on 190E2 and 195E2 development program at Embraer. As a Stress Engineer, I was in charge of analysis and sizing of aeronautical components by hand calculation and by Finite Element method. Moreover, I prepared Certification Reports to present the Means of Compliance of Aircraft Structures.Since 2015, I have been working at Avianca Brazil as a Structures Engineering, providing support to the aeronautical structures maintenance of Avianca's fleet. My main activities are analysis of Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins, preparation of Engineering Orders and Work Sheets with instructions to perform structure repair, contact with Aircraft Manufacturers and Vendors in order to define better repair solutions and support to Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Services Chain to optimize repair actions.During 2019 and 2020 I worked on SAAB Gripen E/F Air Duct Section and Rear Fuselage Structures anaysis and sizing by hand calculation and by FEM methods. During this period, I was also in charge to mannaging the stress reports deliverable planning for Rear Fuselage team in Brazil.I had the experience to work with NCR's analysis and repair proposal preparation during Brazilian Airforce Lockheed P-3 Orion wings and center wing box revitalization.In my latest experience, I worked on ASOJ Program, for the Turkish Aerospace Industries, accomplishing the following activities: Preparation of Structures Stress Calculation Spreadsheet Tools, Support during Stress Analysis Guidelines preparation and Fuselage Structures FEM Guidelines Preparation.
