CurrentStarted as an order puller. Reading customer orders special instructions, packaging instructions, calculating skid weights, ensuring quality of material and correct tagging for shipment. Trained in loading and unloading carriers. Calculating truck weight and evenly distributing material on truck for safe commute. Unloading material and manually receiving in as400/mocha computer system. Tagging material and verifying of pending orders to incoming material. Verifying quality and disposition of any damaged material from transportation. Currently in inventory management of warehouse material. Weekly cycle count of material, verifying piece counts of material and finding the reasons for any discrepancies. Using a Lansa program, scanning material, running a variance report and reconciling the scan. Prepare a inventory report to turn in for any adjustments needed in master inventory. Also in charge of customer return disposition and any material transfer due to damage or reject from production side of facility. Trained in driving a Toyota propane powered fork truck, Hubtex battery powered side loader, and a Combilift propane powered industrial machine. Capable of using a Psion scan gun, along with as400/mocha and Lansa computer systems. Capable of supervising multiple shifts, trained in cpr and emergency procedures.
