I managed a team of +12 customer support agents while also assisting in payments, legal and recruitment procedures.

Worked full time as the lunch manager assistant and dinner manager of the main restaurant outlet of the university. In charge of not only supervising all activities but also teaching first year students how to run the restaurant.

Boutique Upscale HotelManaged guest services and experiences both within and outside the hotel. In charge of supervising the Housekeeping and Maintenance Department, Dealing with contracting and paying to Hotel suppliers, managing and controling the Hotels budget and Guest reservations.

Hired as 6 month intern. Rotated for 60 days through Guest Services (including Valet, Club Lounge Restaurant, Bellman, Housekeeping and Greeter's Booth). Worked as a full time front desk agent, performing all duties and completing appropriate checklists. Hotel's top enroller for the Marriott Rewards Program (October and November).

Selected as Waiter for one of Latin America's top 50 restaurants (#16).

Rotated through several areas of the Hotel. Started as one month summer intern and was offered a full time position. Managed front desk during night shift.
