Reported to General DirectorManagement of 02 Production Coordinators, 3 Production Engineers, 1 Production Specialist, and 60 Direct Labor.Project management of continuous improvement, availability of production lines, fixed cost reduction, and profit maximization by developing high-quality products. Achievements -Production flow study in 01 eucalyptus line - Process improvement introduction through Lean and 6sigma tools, and operational control development using the PI program focused on industry 4.0 management. – Line productivity increased by 50%, and profit increased by 1% due to short fiber use of higher yield and lower price.-Purchase and deployment of the Mobile Crusher machinery replacing the old waste chipping line that provided the best processing of eucalyptus bark with a productivity increase of 50%, and the possibility of contaminated material processing; safety improvement and cost reduction by maintenance. -Implementation of the statistical program and machine learning tools in the cooking process of the eucalyptus – Cooking yield improvement from 3,20 to 2,90, increasing the impregnation time, monitoring all processes, and comparing the variables of the results. -Increased H-factor in the cooking of the pines and eucalyptus lines to decrease the used liqueur volume due to bottleneck in the causticizing – Providing until 4 cooking each day, availability increase of virgin fibers for paper manufacturing, increasing the organic solids volume keeping the inorganic solids for recovery; resulted in cash cost reduction.-Deployment and Operation of the new Wood Yard with 2 chippers producing pines and eucalyptus, increasing the average availability of standard Yard from 70% to 85% in the new setting. -Technical development for wood use with diameters under 3,15 inches (8cm) without compromising the Pulp quality and yield taking advantage of the maximum of the wood from the field, ensuring sustainability, and avoiding waste.
