Construction of the East Kowloon Cultural Centre (ArchSD Contract no. SS E510)-Responsible for Handover and Defect Rectification works & Completion of Architectural Builders Works and Finishes (ABWF)Job Duties include:-Arranging handover inspections with RSS-Working closely with subcontractors and MEP team to handover efficiently every week-Collaborating with frontline and closing out the ABWF defect & outstanding works effectively-Initiating “Subcontractor Instructions” and issuing “Confirmation of Verbal/Written instruction” to speed up rectification works-Carrying out remaining builder's works in BOH / plant rooms-Organizing loading tests for all plant room lifting equipments including lifting hook / eyebolts and hoisting beams-Sorting out related drawings / records / submissions to facilitate above works.

SD/2021/02)-Responsible for Landside Civil Works including:1) Construction of Community Liaison Centre, 2) Pre-bored Socketed-H piles with Loading Tests and Excavation and Lateral Supports (ELS) for lift tower3) Demolition works, Landscape Softworks, Construction of RC structures, Hard Landscape & Underground Utilities, and MEP coordination works for promenade.Job Duties include:-Coordinated with frontline supervisors and subcontractors and managed site works in accord with project’s quality and safety standards-Prepared method statements and handled related submissions for the aforesaid activities with filing and registration-Kept regularly site records and produced accurate site diaries-Initiated “early warning notices”, “contractor’s queries” and “contractor’s notification of compensation event” under NEC contract requirement
