Chief Financial Officer
Current• Performing all tasks necessary to achieve the organization's mission and help execute the Group’s strategic business plans.• Close collaboration with the CEO and Board of Directors on the strategic vision of the Group including management of stakeholder relationships and assisting in the relationship management and negotiation with key clients, suppliers, banks and regulators.• Formulating and overseeing of financial targets and budgets in accordance with the strategy of the Group and its corporate policies.• Leading and developing a team of 70+ finance and accounting team members across 10+ countries on 4 continents to achieve the Group’s objectives.• Partnering with 30+ senior leaders across the Group structure as part of Group CFO’s business administration and corporate governance function.• Overall control of Group’s reporting function and accounting teams ensuring regular and comprehensive reporting to Board of Directors and external stakeholders (auditors, regulatory bodies and others) in accordance with IFRS and Group policies.• Leading the strategy of developing all finance systems (ERP and other tools) and integrating new technologies with focus on process and cost optimization.• Planning, preparation and evaluation of investment projects, cost/benefit and gap analysis and strategic financial models.• Lead responsibility in optimizing the overall cost structure of the individual companies in the Groups and cash management to ensure liquidity and efficient achievement of operational and strategic targets.• Optimizing the cost of capital and ensuring adequate financial resources to meet the Group’s strategic targets by active interaction with banks and investment communities.
