Wells Office information QA/QC. Data entry and integrity checks. Daily morning reporting to accurately track drilling progress. Quality check and secondary reporting of offshore engineers input into company software. Reporting done for daily work and archived reports to ensure all changes, or progress of down hole work is captured in a timely manner. Plan and Prepare flight manifest using Helipass software for personnel and cargo. Log new personnel, first time flyers, and cargo using email correspondence between asset and heliport.Combining flights when possible to maximize personnel movement on less flights to reduce exposure and cost. Prepare and send to vendors Material Request Forms needed for shipping and returning tools and equipment. Prepare and handle Haz-Mat & waste management paperwork. Inventory and track equipment and containers for use and return in accordance with needs, to reduce cost for rentals. Keep accurate files of equipment paperwork (both hard copy and electronic copy) that is sent to the asset for the purpose of identifying equipment by serial number. Complete required reports (daily and periodic) for ongoing operations accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate material movement between Vessel and platform ensuring accuracy and cost savings. Personnel embarking and disembarking, including orientation, safety rules, and asset hazards and safety measures. Personnel on board (POB) accuracy and forecast, contributing to sufficient catering needs (food orders and catering staff) for efficient vessel needs. Lead pre-tower meetings for POB accountability and vessel concerns. Dailly PPE checks and replenish needed or broken items. Daily communications between vessel and platform to relay changes in daily safety needs during the pre-tower meetings. Perform all office duties as required or directed by PIC for daily operational needs
