1. Project manager of new collaboration system with suppliers on price formula indexation basis for main categories of major oil&gas company on the Russian market: market and main suppliers analysis, cost analysis for each category, cost driver identification; price formula development covered with methodological description; risk assessment and mitigation actions development.2. Stream leader of category management implementation project in gas joint-venture company (offshore business): long-term category strategy development for defined item groups (materials and services). 3. Stream leader “Materials and services procurement” in the framework of reengineering business-processes for the largest oil-service company in Russia: new procurement processes development and regulation; requirements development for automation; presentation materials preparation; training seminars for employees of the Customer.4. Role: sourcing of categories to deliver competitive advantage in a very dynamic and volatile market-Ensure most optimal sourcing of raws in terms of cost and security to 2 plants.- Reports and analyses: CAPACITY/DEMAND followed up per supplier, Analyses of BACK UP and STOCKS, Risk areas identified, clear cost/ feasibilty analysis, implemented for most critical items, LEADTIMES, Risks & Opportunities identified- Strategic plan for purchasing development for 3 years ahead- Negotiations on prices, costs, terms of deliveries for import and Russian suppliers, localization of suppliers and sourcing fruits - Market study and analyses on volume needs vs suppliers capacities, search for new opportunities- Contracts and documentation works: negotiations on terms of collaboration, signing- Leadership in cost-saving/innovation projects and providing supply security with involving other departments- Driving reclamation procedure with suppliers- Coordination of work with other departments and country business units Danone- Monitor and report the performance of key suppliers. Provide feedback to suppliers using formal review procedures and ensure that supplier performance issues are quickly addressed.- Meet annual country commitments, metrics, and productivity and quality standards for all management team's work- Participation and presentations on meetings inside Russia & outside
