Initially, we shared our cold brew coffee with friends and family, but soon we expanded our reach through e-commerce, reaching a wider audience.The most significant milestone was overcoming the challenge of creating a stable beverage that could be extracted quickly. Towards the end of 2021, we gained recognition as an innovative startup, thanks to the extraction method we developed. This allowed us to shorten production times, from the traditional 8 hours to just 15 minutes, while also extending the shelf life of our product to 12 months outside the fridge. This technology is available to all roasters looking to develop their own cold brew coffee using the coffee they import.**About Café 124**:Our goal has always been to import specialty coffee, 100% Arabica, selected with respect for the farmers who work the land daily. We aim to produce and develop cold brew coffee into a variety of unique products. Our flagship is Drink 124, the best cold brew, an alcohol-free, fresh, and thirst-quenching beverage, free from sugars and carbonation. From here, two other products were born:- 124 America, a ready-to-drink cocktail, a reinterpretation of the Americano enriched with our cold brew coffee.- Our agricultural beer in Stout style, inspired by the Black Goddess Kali, in collaboration with the Abruzzo-based agricultural company MAIOT.
