The Association of Condominium Management Companies unites 28 companies in the major cities of Bulgaria.ADUES seeks a balance between consumers and industry representatives for greater security, higher quality of the services offered and clear market regulations.The association also fights the lack of commitment and responsibility among the residents of the buildings by providing maximum information about the rights and obligations within the condominium.With a total of 1,860,000 condominium buildings in Bulgaria, or 47% of all homes in our country, the association is of the opinion that serious attention should be paid to the problem through: changes in the Condominium Management Act, which actively involve all owners in the management, by associating them; mandatory passporting of old buildings, as well as an information campaign about the rights and obligations of owners when participating in the management of buildings in condominium mode.The main long-term goal of the association was the introduction of a unified register of legal entities performing professional management activities. Now ADUES sets itself the bold goal of working in the direction of enlightening the sector.
