As a Solution Consultant, I own the Business requirements in order to present the value proposition and benefits of Lemax solution to potential and existing customers in order to enable them to achieve their goals by:- Understanding the customer’s needs and pain points and map them to Lemax product- Capture prospect/customer requirements and write sales proposals detailing how Lemax solution will address business needs- Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction- Close cooperation with the Product team in order to understand product functionalities, define possible upgrades/development in order to adapt product presentation to the Customers- Supporting Account Executives by acting as an expert for Lemax Solution- In coordination with the Account Executive presentation of Lemax online or on-site
