Responsible for managing AICT (applications, information and communication technologies) department (16 people, 3 departments : Applications & Security Department, Networking Services Department, IT Operations Department); Monitoring, controlling and supporting service delivery - ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed; Optimize the utilization of resources in delivering and supporting the solutions provided; Determine the most appropriate design of infrastructure, to support business needs, using best practices and technologies; IT strategy development and implementation across organization; Maintain an oversight of all IS/IT projects ensuring that compatibility and integration issues are taken into account and responsible for the monitoring and control of all IS/IT-led projects within the company; Responsible for the company’s information security policy and adherence to the legal requirements; Control the operational costs of the AICT department, including the preparation, submission and monitoring of operational budgets; CAPEX planning and monitoring; Oversee provision of end-user support services, including Service desk and associated technical support services.
