As a tour guide we take potential students and give them personable tours of the entire campus. We are expected to give a fair and accurate assessment of Notre Dame College's faculties while being a respectable extension of Notre Dame College.

A student ambassador acts as a face of Notre Dame College. We are charge with representing the college when dealing with potential or current students with inquiries of the college. We direct students, parents, and other visitors to the proper resources they seek or to answer general concerns about the college. We are often the first face potential students met as well as the last. Furthermore, we prepare transcripts, documents, or spreadsheets for the guidance counselors, the Vice President for Traditional Undergraduate Enrollment and Student Success, and the Director of Admissions.

A resident assistant (RA) is tasked with being a resource for students living in the dorms. RAs are responsible with keeping the peace on their floor while creating personable relations with their fellow students so their fellow classmates may feel comfortable using the RAs knowledge and resources to over come the adversities they may have. In a sense a RA assumes the parental role in the dorms.

As assistant to the chief mission officer/executive director, Sister Coral Ziegler, I made presentations and power points for her speeches. I filed and organized paperwork for students in both the undergraduate and graduate programs. I gave technical support and advice as a student of Notre Dame College. I was responsible with all these task and other miscellaneous responsibility.

Mentor

A camp counselor facilitated events and activities of the camp. We were tasked with providing the individual attention to each camper to ensure they were in a welcoming and safe environment but distant enough to let the campers develop social relations with one another. Originally I assigned to the group dedicated for wheel chair bound campers but I was moved to another group that lacked the supervision required.

As a sales representative we were tasked with selling kitchenware in one-on-one sessions. Being a Sales Advisory meant I made enough sales to earn four promotions. Our duties included making calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, driving to the potential customers home, make a sale, and requesting recommendations for further potential customers. Since we worked off of recommendations we needed to leave a positive impression with customers so they would feel comfortable recommending us to friends and families.I showed great sales and leadership skills which lead to an invitation into the Key Staff. A Key staff member was tasked with motivating and holding accountable other sales reps, giving speeches, and attending seminars across several states.
