Responsible for the Operational, Field Resources, Execution and Financial Results of the Project Portfolio of GE ONW LATAM

Responsible for the regional execution in close cooperation and support with the regional Projects organization. Responsible for all field resources to fulfill the regional demand (Site Management, SubContractor management, Receiving, Installation, Commissioning field resources and other field resources Human and Material). Execute Installation as per standard procedures, methods and processes.

Continuous Improvement Leader at Project Management area. Responsible for coordinate the Project Leaders and Planners, cost control of site activities, elaborating a process for Lessons Learned to correct the issues and avoid same impact in our Portfolio, elaborating a process for cost of poor quality in the region. Responsible for all Planning activities in execution at LATAM Site. Responsible for Project’s Quality Management, all quality KPIs in the region (PAC CASE, Audit, VOC, Escape Defect, QMS) and part of the team responsible for Operational KPIs (Delivery Completion, Mechanical Completion, Turbine Completion).

Continuous Improvement Leader at Project Management area.
