As Lead Organizer my job was to coordinate team of professionals in order to create and host a public event dedicated to Japanese and Korean culture and pop culture, with the goal to bring these countries closer to Slovak people. Afterwards my focus shifted towards a servant leader oriented role, where my priorities were to enable each team member to work without any blockers or problems - helping them with any aspect of their assignment, and lead them towards a successful outcome.
