I gained experiences in several industrial fields (telecommunication and automotive) and basically into the international Energy Company; all experiences made me grow up developing professional and individual skills from several point of view.The partecipation to the intenational nuclear energy project abroad, as Instrumentation and Control Engineer allowed me to be into a multicultural environment, helping to develop and improve interpersonal relation capabilities. Consequently, this positively impacted the improvement of problem solving capability and team working.Then I moved toward project management experience, managing the process of requalification of the shut down power plants, with aim to give new life to the areas.Useful experince which made improve managerial skills and get in contact with institutional matters.Keeping always moving, I chased new challenge into Human Resource area in particular into Organisational field, within Organizatinal Transformation Unit. The best opportunity to see the Company and enhance other skills.
