Expanding the network of merchants’ POS terminals, guidance, advice and presentation of services’ portfolio to clients. Negotiation and implementation of new contractual terms and conditions. Development of POS terminal network through negotiation, aiming to suit merchant’s unique requirement, creating tailored made solutions and setting up a cost-effective working relationship through contracts. Activation of the contract in the relevant Bank’s POS system and Ecomm Portal.

Processing and administration of POS and ATM card transactions. Preparation and processing of files (incoming and outgoing) through relevant banking applications. Monitoring and reconciliation of financial positions for card transactions, payment processing clearing and settlement.

Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of security systems. Training employees on the proper use of protection systems. Reporting and resolving technical issues related to system operations.
