- Perform accurately HR Services/LC operations accurately and on time;- Preparation of yearly, quarterly and monthly budgets and financial LC reports;communication with Statutory, Work analysis department and Financial controlling;- Provides status of financial condition by collecting, interpreting, and reporting financialpayroll data; reporting of costs and payments (salary, contributions, funds, provision);- Works with external consultants or auditors to provide the required information for theannual audit.

Serbia

- Labor cost (Statutory and Managerial Labor cost) - Providing financial and accounting reports in accordance with the standards; Activities necessary for calculating and providing hourly/monthly (actual, forecast and budget) rates evidence and analysis. Payroll services - Distributing and preparing of payments, tax declaring, perform accurately HR Services operation.- Perform HR Services operations that include Personnel Administration and T&A calculation, preparing calculation of benefits and tax on benefits, solving process issues;- Cooperation with HR department of clients; - Travel administrator - Creating and maintaining relevant files and databases, constant communication with employees, customers and venues. Calculation of per diems, coordination of advance payment, reimbursement&deduction process (within C4T SAP's Cloud for Travel system)- Knowledge of travel process and local business trip legislation.

- Executing timely and correctly all transactional activities (i.e. collecting, analyzing,updating and reconciling payroll and benefit data on a monthly basis) regardingPersonnel Administration, Labor Cost, T&A and Payroll processes;- Controlling working time of employees and all other relevant data for payroll using system of Time Management and Personal Administration;- Managing documentation for National employment Agency. Pension and Health fund and other relevant institution;- Every day collaboration both with HR department of clients and employees directly;- Travel operations - Arranging and coordinating business travel to meet the specific needs of employers, employees and clientele within an organization.
