Od skončenia vysokej školy pracujem v rodinnej firme Milých – Herba Drug. Sme najväčším výrobcom kozmetiky na Slovensku, naše produkty sú jednotkou na slovenskom aj českom trhu.Popravde, vo firme pracujem od škôlky, vyrastal som medzi tenzidmi a parfémami. Sídlime v Smižanoch na Spiši, tu aj žijeme, zamestnávame 100 ľudí a snažíme sa podporovať rozvoj regiónu, za čo nám bola udelená cena Via Bona.Otec firmu založil hneď po revolúcii, keď som mal 2 roky. Odvtedy je súčasťou môjho života.Po štúdiu som prešiel rôznymi pozíciami, počnúc prácou na výrobnej linke cez marketing a ukotvil sa ako obchodný manažér.Aktuálne mám na starosti celý český trh a transformáciu firmy na moderný celoplošný informačný systém.Som Milý 2.0.__________________________________________________________________________________________________________________Since graduating from college, I have been working in my family's company - Herba Drug. We are the largest cosmetics manufacturer in Slovakia, our products are the leader on the Slovak and Czech market.Actually, I have been working in the company since kindergarten, I grew up among tensides and perfumes. We are based in Smižany in Spiš, we live here, we employ 100 people and we try to support the development of the region, for which we have been awarded the Via Bona prize.My father founded the company right after the revolution when I was 2 years old. It has been part of my life ever since.After my studies, I moved through various positions, starting with working on the production line, through marketing and anchoring myself as a sales manager.Currently I am in charge of the entire Czech market and the transformation of the company into a modern full-screen information system.I am Milý 2.0.
