Initiates specific projects to continuously improve and optimize resource provision, including a wide range of parameters and forecasts.-Mentor and assist in training and onboarding new employees as needed.

-Process all incoming resource requests for initial project staffing or projects update;-Prepare weekly bulletins for people on bench;-Conduct/participate in meetings with architects, engineering managers, team leads and project managers to review current plans and adjustments needed;-Handle overallocations and ensure that resources have enough capacity to deliver upcoming projects;-Identify and recommend available resources based on skills matrix, experience and future development plans;-Provide regular reports to the high-level management regarding the current resourcing situation and discussing future strategies and steps for improving the resource utilization and project fulfillment in the best possible manner;-Contribute in enhancing the resourcing process.

Work with the others resource managers to find appropriate resources outside the CMT;-Collaborate with Professional Services Education for delivering training with delivery consultants.-Use primary certified instructors and promote the instructor certification;-Leads the end to end process to identify and onboard suitable contingent workers and freelancers when external resources are needed consulting with Global Procurement: initiate the purchase order creation, insures the onboarding of the external resources is in compliance with the local regulations.-Maintain the resource allocation for the CMT, works with the Delivery Manager and consultants for the available capacity and provide an accurate utilization forecast.
