- Consulting and applying previously acquired skills in the modernization of the existing "beta" version of UAVs, transitioning from foam-based UAVs to composite materials.- Organizing production with a phased development from prototype to mass production.- Setting up workstations with necessary equipment and tools, including vacuum systems and muffle furnaces essential for the curing process of components.- Introducing new technologies, mainly composite mixtures, to reduce the weight of UAVs (switching to a new paste mixture resulted in a weight reduction of 300g).- Writing the technological process for the composite department, including layup and fabric impregnation instructions, and the preparation of mixtures and pastes.- Establishing material supply chains from Baltic and EU countries (KordCarbon, grm-systems, easycomposites, Fibermax, among others).- Optimizing production through outsourcing the manufacture of certain components (negotiated the production of carbon plates with the necessary layup for the internal structure, suppliers from Italy and England).

- Manufacturing of composite parts using contact molding methods (resins Larit 285 and Epoxy 619, with hardeners Larit 285, 286, 287, Telalit 600, 410, 0343, 0500).- Planning, accelerating, and optimizing the production of parts, from cutting to the finished part (parts forming department).- Working with drawings.- Cutting the fabric sets necessary for parts forming, and making vacuum bags.

- Setting up mass production in China for a small two-seat helicopter model.- Consulting and establishing a composite department.- Calculating the materials required for manufacturing.- Selecting equipment for production setup (vacuum systems, muffle furnaces, autoclaves).

- Manufacturing of medium-weight molds (epoxy and polyester).- Contact molding of fiberglass products (working with carbon and glass fabrics).- Working with polyester resins (Scott Bader, Crystic), epoxy resins (LR 285, epoxy 619), and their corresponding hardeners (LH285, 286, 287, tel 0600).- Working with prepreg (based on EDТ69-N resin) and glass fabric T10 and T25 (self-impregnation with determination of the required resin content to achieve optimal resin-to-fabric ratio) and manufacturing helicopter rotor blades for a two-seater helicopter.- Vacuum forming (ABS plastic, basic skills).- Model works: working with putty, preparing for painting, and polishing.
