Responsibilities: • In charge of the Administration in Saudi Arabia for different project development in the cities of Riyadh, Jeddah, Mecca, and Medina.Achievements of administration: • Design of job positions, build incentive policies for employees. • Negotiations with financial institutions to achieve financial facilities. • Improvements in cash-flow: collections managements and payments on stipulated dates.• Implementation of the Accounting Closing Process, reliability of information (income statements, balance, forecasts).• Relations with various organizations such as the Chamber of Commerce, City Hall, Embassy, Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
