Route Sales Representative
Current• Learn and use the basic fundamentals of a DSD system, including: Displaying/ Merchandising/ Ordering Products• Operating a Handheld Device• Know customers by name, their store policies and their basic wants and needs.• Establish a sound, professional relationship with key personnel• Anticipating customer needs to maintain proper customer inventories• Maintain a neat and professional appearance• Execute established company safety, sales , and marketing strategies• Operate company vehicles in a safe and courteous manner• Responsible for accurate accounting of product received and sold and revenues generated or received• Partner with accounts to implement marketing promotions, new items and displays for mutual benefit• Maintain close working relationship and communication with Depot Manager and Supervisors and customers• Manage all route sales related activities in assigned position and territory
